wanted help with semestr work!!

Hallo,
I'm looking for someone to help me  write a program which is my semestr work .
This is a description:
We load a file with a long sequence of signs, which are  belong to load alphabet (with possibilyty to choose some alphabet from list). The program make a table which contains how many times every k-elements group  is appear in file which we load, beggining from one-element sequence to k-elements combinations (the 'k' is set by user)
I'll be very grateful if someone write this progranm for me as soon as possible.
p.s. it will be better when you wont use any modules and write yourself definitions
